Returns + Exchanges
Here at Boutique 44, our goal is to provide you with quality and exceptional pieces to add to your wardrobe! Please try on your clothing as soon as you receive your package. If it doesn't work for you, we will do our best to help.
- Please email Amanda@boutique44.com within 14 days of receiving your item to indicate a return.
- Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must not be worn, washed, stained, or damaged.
- All SALE items are considered FINAL SALE.
- All Jewelry is FINAL SALE.
- Any shipping cost associated with returns will be the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend adding tracking to your shipment as Boutique 44 will not be responsible for lost packages.
- Please return all items in original packaging.
- Once items are inspected, refunds are issued within 3 business days of receipt.
Our merchandise is inspected and hand packed prior to shipping. You should not encounter any damaged items; however, if you feel that something is wrong with your item, please contact Amanda@boutique44.com within 3 days of receiving you item. Please include a description and a photo of the damage.
- Items of the same price can be exchanged, per request, if the new item is in stock.
- We must receive the first item back before the new item can be shipped.
